About the Space

A street-level DTLA gallery studio for photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, branded content, fashion content, product photography, and creator productions. The space features a gallery-style interior, polished concrete floors, exposed high ceilings, flexible lounge seating, and an open layout that can be adjusted for different production needs. This is a bring-your-own-equipment space. Guests should bring the cameras, microphones, audio interfaces, headphones, computers, specialty lighting, and other production equipment required for the shoot. Natural light enters through the front windows, and curtains can be used to reduce it. The space is not soundproof. Sirens, trucks, and air-conditioning noise may be audible, so productions recording clean dialogue should plan accordingly. Rates include up to 20 people. Additional hourly attendee pricing applies for 21 to 50 people. Maximum listing capacity is 50 people. Final crew size and layout require host approval. Load-in, setup, testing, breakdown, and cleanup must be included in the booked time. Health and Safety Measures

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
