Rent the entire Flower Meadow You Pick Flower Farm for your PRIVATE event. This is the perfect place to hold a large event gathering for over 40 to 100 people. Spread out and enjoy time roaming the flower farm taking in the beautiful views! With an outdoor seating in our shaded area and use of our air-conditioned party room you and your guests will making lasting memories in the flowers. Your guests can even choose to pick a bouquet to take home as a souvenir. Alternative Option: Rent just the party room and shade structure area for your event while the flower meadow is still open to the public for U Pick activities. Perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, church groups, office team building, or family gatherings.

The Party Room is cleaned before each event. The venue space if rented for a private event is over 4 acres for your group to spread out if this is still a concern.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
