High-touch surfaces such as tables, countertops, doorknobs, light switches, and restroom facilities are cleaned and sanitized using EPA-approved disinfectants. Cleaning Protocols: Our cleaning team follows strict cleaning protocols recommended by health authorities. We pay special attention to frequently used areas and ensure that all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. Ventilation: Our loft is equipped with adequate ventilation systems to ensure proper airflow and circulation of fresh air throughout the space. Disposable Supplies: We provide disposable supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer for your convenience and hygiene. Professional Cleaning Services: In addition to our regular cleaning routine, we periodically schedule professional deep cleaning services to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our space. Guest Responsibilities: We kindly ask our guests to help maintain cleanliness by disposing of trash properly and respecting the space during their visit. Your health and safety are important to us, and we are committed to providing a clean and sanitized environment for your peace of mind. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
