About the Space
Our ranch-style home with a long driveway. The backyard has artificial grass and was meant to host pets and children with its fenced-in yard. Yard and driveway can be used for events: baby shower, engagements, birthdays, etc. Quiet hours is from 10 pm to 8 am. If you book to 10pm, you'll have to clean up prior to that. You are welcome to bring furniture for your event and place on turf. Kitchen and living rooms will be available during your event and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms will not be provided - master bedroom can be discussed if a 3rd bathroom is needed. Please let us know prior to booking about master bedroom so we can discuss. There is plenty of street parking and the long driveway can also park several cars.

We hire a 3rd party professional cleaning company before and after every reservation to ensure everything gets disinfected and cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
