With 15-foot high ceilings, exposed beams, a kitchen, bathroom, shower, and a wall full of south-facing windows with some exposed brick, the space is filled with natural light and character. The studio is fully equipped with squat racks, barbells, plates, a customizable pegboard wall, and more, making it ideal for fitness-related activities. Podcast Lounge: Our dedicated podcast lounge features a comfortable couch and seating area for your crew to take breaks, hold meetings, or record podcasts. The lounge is equipped with a Rodecaster Pro II Production Studio Sound Board and two Shure SM7B microphones on adjustable mounts, ensuring high-quality sound for your recordings. Versatile Filming Backdrops: You also have access to a variety of backdrops and furniture that you can utilize to suit your creative needs. The studio is intentionally built to house at least four separate shooting backdrops, with options for customization thanks to full RGB adjustable backlight options and multiple Wescott Flex Panel 12x12 lights. The studio is well-lit throughout the day with natural light from our south-facing windows and skylights, but dark curtains are also available to mitigate light for more dramatic shots.
