At West Wing Farm, we offer an idyllic setting for workshops and retreats. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of West Linn, our red barn provides a charming and rustic venue for learning, relaxation, and connection. Surrounded by 5.5 acres and the gentle flow of the Tualatin River, it’s the perfect place to host educational sessions, wellness retreats, and professional gatherings. The barn includes high-speed wifi and TV for presentations and videos. Between sessions, bond with your colleagues over a game of bocce ball, a picnic in the garden, or a riverfront walk. Outside caterers are welcome. Whether you're looking to reconnect with nature or nurture your skills in a serene environment, West Wing Farm is the ideal destination for your next professional gathering. *You must include set up and breakdown time in your reservation time* **Rental season is limited to May to October due to weather**

You would more than likely be renting our space for outdoor use so the cleaning process isn't as applicable since well...it's nature. Hand sanitizer and disinfected wipes can be provided for those who would like. Any high-touch surfaces used by guests will be cleaned between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
