About the Space The main floor of our charming, historic graystone mini-mansion in Bronzeville/Kenwood located near the lake and Hyde Park is great for meetings, and medium-sized gatherings of any kind, including parties, workshops, pop-ups, weddings photo/video shoots, or creative projects. Available space for use is approximately 1200 sq. ft on the first floor of three floors and features original woodwork with antique built-ins and historic details, high ceilings, a fireplace with wood wood-burning stove, and exposed brick. The space includes a dining room, kitchen, and double parlor/living room. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. Living room sofas seat approximately 10 with extra chairs. The space accommodates approximately 40 standing. There is street parking available and is located close to public transportation. The Green Line and busses are a few blocks away. Free street parking in front of our building and the surrounding area. It’s usually not difficult to find parking. Please inquire if you would like to schedule outside the listed availability.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
