About the Space
Charming, renovated Craftsman house within a 5-minute drive to Mann Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Lots of light, beautifully landscaped with a mix of desert and lush tropical foliage. Fountain in the gated front yard, private front porch, hot tub in the backyard with adjoining tropical cabana. Our house also doubles as a contemporary ethnic art gallery, so lots of art inside and out, which can be removed or moved, as needed. Hardwood floors throughout the tiled back porch. Custom-made furniture throughout. Very unique space!
Fits 150 standing people very comfortably, when all areas of the property are used. Seats 25-30 comfortably.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
