The home is located right across the street from the water canals, a small beach, and a park. The home boasts of a fresh and airy mid-century modern California Vibe. With 5 bedrooms, a living room, a sitting room, a dining room, a front patio, and a spacious backyard there are many spots for breakaway groups and large gatherings. The dining room sits 8 with 4 added seats at the kitchen island. The backyard seats 12 around the outdoor dining table and 6 around the outdoor fireplace.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
