It is very versatile, featuring an open floorplan, full kitchen and arrangeable upscale furniture, and even a small private prep room. The space is ideal for cocktail parties, dinner events, fundraisers, kids' birthdays, and intimate baby and bridal showers. Features: - Four massive south facing windows which provide stunning natural light - Brand new furnishings - everything from new Restoration Hardware pieces to one of a kind pieces of art - Open floorplan living/dining space gives way to a ~600 sq ft open area, perfect for parties - An updated large kitchen with very new appliances, which makes it very conducive to catering and/or a set up bar (cooking tools, dishes, utensils, glassware, etc also available) -A Sonos sound system and a projector A small room (with a couch in it) is available as a parenting room, to contain any prep items that the host would like to store away during the event, or to store gifts in the event of a shower or birthday celebration. ***Contact me about special rates for non-profits or select political action events***

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
