Otherwise, the typical 1,200 sq ft includes: Complete with free off-street parking, large open floor plan, spacious living room, big TV, surround sound perfect for Pandora, WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, open kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, full bath, screened-in back porch, covered patio, corner lot, double gates in the back for additional access.
