The approximately 330 sq. ft. Art Room offers a private, windowless setting suitable for small photo/video shoots, interviews, content creation, self-tapes, auditions, castings and compact creative productions. Its enclosed configuration provides visual privacy and a controlled environment, but the room is not acoustically soundproof. Productions requiring a highly controlled or quiet sound environment should discuss their requirements with the Studio before booking so an appropriate facility configuration can be recommended. Additional furniture, equipment, rooms and reserved parking may be arranged through Peerspace when available. OVERTIME POLICY All setup, event/activity time, and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time. Any time used before or after the confirmed reservation time will be considered overtime. Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the booked hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to space availability.
