About the Space
The approximately 330 sq. ft. Art Room can be configured as a private meeting, classroom, coaching or workshop space.
Previous classroom-style configurations have accommodated tables, approximately 20 chairs and presentation space at the front of the room. The final layout should be selected according to the nature of the meeting and required working space.
The room is windowless and private, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and restroom access. Tables and chairs may be arranged as an additional rental option.
OVERTIME POLICY
All setup, event/activity time, and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time. Any time used before or after the confirmed reservation time will be considered overtime. Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the booked hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to space availability.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
