This is a gated residential lot with a separate entrance to the 2 rental buildings and 2500 sq foot outdoor area . The greenroom has a complete kitchen with a fridge and gas stove. Complete with bathroom with shower and tub. This area is great for hair and make-up and wardrobing. Neighboorhood is very safe and property is fenced in with separate gate for renters and guests. The studio is 14' x 40' with ceilings at 11.6" at peak. The yard landscape is well-kept and provides several options for photography. We are told by our guests what a great Joshua Tree vibe the space has. Often described as a surprising little oasis in Los Angeles. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
