About the Space
I have a full dining room with 4 chairs and a bench on one side. The living room area can also be used where the sofa is. Coffee and water are provided onsite. Please feel free to utilize the kitchen island that also has 3 bar stools, and if you bring any other beverages or food the dining ware is available for you to use as well. There is a bathroom onsite that will be available to you as well. Must be okay with dogs as I have two large breed dogs that are overly friendly, but very well-behaved, and off-leash trained. One of them is my registered ESA dog. I am excited to be able to rent my space out for meetings and/or a workspace.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
