About The Xtreme Studio
Our spacious and centrally located Meeting Room offers an excellent setting and a large open layout, enabling flexibility and customization to accommodate various events. 10 Mobile Training Table with Two Locking Wheels (size 72" L x 18" W x 29") and 25 Adjustable Task Chair Armless Swivel with wheels are included on this rental. This space has been painted in neutral colors, which exudes a professional yet inviting atmosphere for guests. TV with HDMI cable is also available at an additional fee. The kitchen has a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Private bathroom inside premises. 2 other bathrooms can also be used during business hours at our sister company next door. Outside catering is welcome. For your convenience, our unit is located inside a Shopping Plaza with several excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected by guidelines from local health authorities and between bookings. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in; this includes if furniture is relocated. Please no nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be removed entirely. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Also, quick heads up – for setup and breakdown, it's essential to factor in those before selecting your hours. For instance, if your session is 3 hours long, we suggest renting the studio for 4 hours to ensure you have enough time for setup and cleanup. Thank and looking forward to having you as our guest!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
