Charlotte Aerial Studio and Warehouse

The space has a small office area that is air conditioned. There is also a small loft that over looks the space, in the main warehouse section. The main warehouse is not air conditioned but is heated with radiant heaters. Our full building is separated into 4 parts, and we have the largest suite. Our neighbors are mechanics. We have two roll up bay doors, approximately 16' high. We have one bathroom. We have one large white wall in the space that makes a great, solid backdrop. We have an installed filtered water machine. We have wifi available, as well as a 50' ethernet cable. We have a sound system. There are sky lights in the ceiling. The space is 4500 square feet. We have 16 aerial points installed with pulleys that can be used for hanging props and backdrops, as well as aerial apparatus.
