1. Pre-Event Cleaning: Before your arrival, the space will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas. 2. Post-Event Cleaning: After your event, our cleaning team will conduct a comprehensive cleanup. This includes: • Disinfecting all surfaces and high-touch areas. • Vacuuming and mopping floors. • Emptying trash and ensuring proper waste disposal. • Restocking bathroom supplies as needed. 3. Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that you remove any personal items and dispose of trash in designated bins before leaving. This helps us prepare the space for future guests. If you have any special cleaning requests or need additional services, please let us know in advance. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
