Single-family home conveniently located in the San Fernando Valley, offers the perfect place for filming or hosting a special event with the community you care about. This beautiful home offers inside and outside space; especially a one-of-a-kind private backyard paradise just completed. The space has street parking and an alley in the back with full access to the backyard, allowing for easy loading of equipment, rentals, etc. I love to entertain and enjoy helping others build their communities. I would love this space to be used in films and it's also perfect for workshops, fitness instruction classes, community gatherings, celebrations, etc.
