Our Spanish Colonial Villa was built in 1925 and beautifully remodeled in 2023. The spaces accommodate modern amenities with the charm of a bygone era. This trophy property has 3 separate floors available for rent with a 360 wrap around stairway with various outdoor nooks. Nestled into the romantic hills of Silverlake there are panoramic views high up in the sky. The Silverlake reservoir can be seen right from the front porch spanning all the way across to the tips of Los Angeles downtown skyscrapers. Raking light streams into the space due to the prevalence of arched floor to ceiling french pane windows. All 3 floors can be rented separately, or you can rent the whole villa. The top floor has the most scenic views and feels like living in a treehouse on the edge of a cliff. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a chef/influencer kitchen with luxurious finishes of carrara marble countertops and exquisite furnishings. The middle floor dazzles with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, round dining room nook and another living room with a view to die for. Bottom floor is scenic and charming with a 1 bed and 1 bath. All 3 spaces have unique teardrop fireplaces. Around the villa you can find curated seating spaces amongst tropical plants and unique succulents and cacti. Pop into our Tiki area for a delicious drink where you can take in art and sculpture from the South Pacific. All floors are decorated with original vintage furniture, props, sculptures and art curated and collected from around the world.
