Here’s how we ensure our horse ranch is spotless and ready for your event: Pre-Event Cleaning: Outdoor Grounds: Our team ensures that all open spaces are free of debris, litter, and any obstructions. We rake and mow the lawn as needed to keep the grass well-maintained. Gazebo: The gazebo is thoroughly cleaned, with all surfaces wiped down and any decorations or previous setups removed. We ensure it’s ready for your event layout. Horse Areas: Although guests do not have unsupervised access to horse stalls and fenced areas, these spaces are cleaned daily to ensure the well-being of our horses and the overall tidiness of the ranch. During Your Event: Trash Management: We provide clearly marked trash and recycling bins throughout the property. Our staff periodically checks and empties these bins to prevent overflow. Restrooms: If restrooms are available for your event, they will be checked and cleaned periodically to ensure they remain in good condition. Post-Event Cleaning: Trash Removal: After your event, our team will remove all trash and recycling from the designated bins. We also conduct a thorough sweep of the grounds to pick up any remaining litter. Surface Cleaning: All tables, chairs, and other surfaces used during the event will be wiped down and sanitized. Gazebo and Event Areas: We clean and restore the gazebo and any other event areas to their original state, ensuring they are ready for the next guests. Final Check: A final inspection is conducted to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and in good condition. How You Can Help: Use Provided Bins: Please encourage your guests to use the trash and recycling bins provided to keep the space tidy. Respect the Property: Remind your guests to respect the property and avoid damaging any equipment or landscaping. Clean Up After Pets: If pets are allowed, ensure that owners clean up after them. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
