About the Space
This massive workout area is in the heart of Etobicoke with lots of potential for large groups of guests who like to shoot gym content and or work together. The area includes an upstairs area (roughly 400 square feet) which is an open space and great lighting and is surrounded by mirrors. Also on the top floor, there are 2 washrooms. Moving to the downstairs there are 2 big benches for members to change and do their thing. There’s a sink on the main level in the gym where members can fill up some water or wash their hands plus a big fridge in the same room. We recently installed 2 10ft industrial ceiling fans to keep everyone nice and cool. As far as the area in which the building is in I have not had any problems in 48 years and I doubt you will either, safe for everybody.

Daily Tasks: Entrance and Lobby: Sweep and mop floors, wipe down surfaces, empty trash bins. Gym Floor: Vacuum/mop floors, disinfect equipment (treadmills, weights, machines). Bathrooms/Locker Rooms: Clean toilets, sinks, and mirrors; restock supplies; mop floors; disinfect surfaces. High-Touch Areas: Wipe down door handles, light switches, and countertops. After Each Use: Equipment Wipe-Down: Provide and encourage use of disinfectant wipes for members to clean equipment after each use. General Tips: Ventilation: Ensure good airflow to reduce bacteria and odor. Checklists: Maintain a cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed regularly.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
