Our staff follows a comprehensive checklist that includes: Deep Cleaning: All surfaces, floors, and furnishings are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Sanitization: High-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and handrails receive special attention with sanitizing solutions. Restroom Hygiene: Restrooms are cleaned and restocked with supplies to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Linens and Upholstery: All linens and upholstery are laundered or cleaned according to manufacturer guidelines. Trash Removal: Trash is collected and disposed of properly to maintain a clean and odor-free environment. We take pride in providing a safe and welcoming space for your special events. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
