It has everything you will need to entertain your guests for events and is fabulous for filming. 17,000 square foot lot with pool and back house will surely set you up to succeed no matter what you will need the space for. We are offering the outdoor property plus the guest home and guest area. The main house can be rented and well upon request. We offer a bounty of available parking on-site as well as free street parking. If needed, a shuttle, or valet service can be arranged. We also offer tables and chairs if needed. Special rates associated with booking the space include discounts for but are not limited to the following / Veterans, nonprofits, and over 8-hour bookings. We have filmed movies here, done weddings and `I am sure we can handle your event as well.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
