We’re so excited you’re considering our backyard, it’s a true little haven we’ve lovingly created, and we can’t wait to share it with you. The spacious yard centers around a beautiful large pool with two reef shelves for that extra visual pop, plus a luxurious 10x10 spa that’s perfect for adding a touch of relaxation or drama to your shots. During the day especially, it’s wonderfully quiet — you’ll mostly hear the cheerful chirping of birds, gentle breezes, and that serene, calming ambiance that makes it feel like a true escape from the everyday hustle. Restroom Information: We have adorable indoor pets who live in the house, so unfortunately indoor restroom access isn’t available with bookings. To make things easy and comfortable for you, there’s a public restrooms (Starbucks, Barons, CVS) just about a couple minutes away by car. We also happily accommodate portable bathroom rentals! Just let us know in advance if you’d like to arrange for portable units to be set up in the driveway or side yard area (we have double gates for easy access). We’re here to help make your day smooth and stress-free. A Little More About the Space: Our backyard is nestled in a cozy residential area, sharing property lines with neighbors on both sides. While it feels open and airy, some neighboring homes may have partial views into the yard. You might notice occasional everyday sounds like passing cars from the main road behind us, nearby music, or a dog barking here and there, all totally normal for an outdoor residential setting and usually minimal during daytime hours. If your project needs super-controlled audio, we recommend bringing your own sound gear (like mics or blankets), most creators find it works beautifully as-is.
