Please see our profile for the other available spaces in our building* Located in a historic San Francisco firehouse, our venue gives a nostalgic nod to time-honored rock 'n' roll with a modern edge, making it the perfect backdrop for any occasion that demands energy and style. Our stage has hosted legendary punk/indie artists such as Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Pavement, Neutral Milk Hotel, Jawbreaker, Pussy Riot, and many more. With our authentic vintage décor, iconic music memorabilia from the archives of our past, and a stage ready for live performances, your event is sure to impress your guests. Our event space is equipped with a top-notch sound system designed to support all types of live music. Our high-end flexible sound system can host everything from an all-digital DJ setup, Serato, old fashioned vinyl, to a full live band experience. Pull the projector screen down in front of the stage and show your favorite movie, or project a psychedelic light shows across the entire stage. Also available to you: dynamic lighting options that will enhance the ambiance of your event and create a memorable experience for all. We also have TVs available with a large collection of VHS to choose from as well as darts and a pool table to keep guests entertained. Bring in catering of your choice or park a food truck out front! Whether you're hosting your karaoke birthday bash, a corporate event, or a live music night, our flexibility adapts to suit your needs. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
