The studio is thoughtfully divided into several functional areas: Main Shooting Area: It’s a very roomy area with high ceilings, offering plenty of natural light from large windows. This area is equipped with multiple backdrop options, including white, black, and various other colors of backdrop, making it perfect for a variety of photo and video shoots. Client sitting Area: A comfortable seating area with stylish furniture where clients can relax, discuss projects, and review shots. Makeup and Dressing Room: A dedicated space with professional makeup mirrors, ample lighting, and wardrobe racks to accommodate makeup artists, stylists, and talent. Props and Equipment Storage: Conveniently organized storage space for lighting equipment, props, and other photography essentials. Unique Features and Amenities Our studio offers several unique features and amenities to enhance your experience: Professional Lighting Equipment: We provide a range of high-quality lighting options, including softboxes, ring lights, and reflectors, to ensure the perfect shot every time. To ensure a clean and safe environment for all our guests, we have implemented thorough cleaning procedures for our 900 square feet photography studio. Here’s how we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness: Daily Cleaning: Floors: All floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped daily to remove dust and debris. Surfaces: High-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and handles, are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaners. Equipment: Photography equipment, props, and furniture are wiped down and sanitized after each use. Post-Booking Cleaning: General Cleanup: After each booking, we conduct a thorough cleanup of the entire studio, ensuring that any spills, trash, and used items are removed and properly disposed of. Sanitization: We use EPA-approved disinfectants to sanitize all areas, paying special attention to the client lounge, makeup and dressing room, and workstation corner. Air Quality: The studio is aired out to ensure proper ventilation between bookings, improving air quality and reducing any lingering odors. Weekly Deep Cleaning: Deep Sanitization: In addition to our daily and post-booking cleaning, we conduct a comprehensive deep cleaning of the studio every week. This includes steam-cleaning floors, upholstery, and curtains. Detail Cleaning: Detailed attention is given to often-overlooked areas such as baseboards, window sills, and behind furniture. Equipment Maintenance: All photography equipment undergoes a thorough inspection and cleaning to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Health and Safety Measures: Hand Sanitizers: Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the studio for guest use. Disposable Gloves and Masks: We provide disposable gloves and masks for guests who require them. No-Contact Policy: Our staff minimizes contact by offering no-contact check-in and check-out procedures whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
