Equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, and optional furnishings, this studio invites your guests to feel at ease the moment they arrive. Nestled quietly near Metro North and the 4/5/6 lines, it’s an oasis in the city — a place to slow down, engage deeply, and leave renewed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
At the beginning and end of each day: - The floor in the space, kitchen and bathroom is swept and mopped - The bathroom toilet and sink is disinfected - The kitchen sink and countertops are disinfected At the end and/or beginning of each month the space and its furniture is deep cleaned. Guests are asked to pick-up after themselves and to leave the space in the condition that it was found. Depending on the activity and if equipment was rented, we request guests to inform us of which amenities are used in order to provide the cleanest environment for all renters.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
