This listing includes the main feature, a dreamy 2500 square foot hand-built Log Cabin/Ranch house on the property featuring beautiful natural light, interesting architecture, rustic interiors, and lots of character that might remind you of a house on "Yellowstone" or a Chalet in Lake Tahoe. It features two stories, tall ceilings with a catwalk in the center, a wooden swing, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, resort pool, fire pit, and 5 acres of property to work with. It is located in Weatherford, just 30 min from Fort Worth, 40min from DFW Airport, and about an 1 hour from Dallas and is a gated property for privacy. Includes two gates and one that you can bring large scale production vehicles through. Rustic and unique location for any artist and Western-themed production. We can provide horses or longhorns for your production at 300 an hour. Western nostalgic time capsule! All sets are authentic, unique and original. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. Unlimited creative potential. This space includes: 1) Log Cabin Living Room with wood burning stove 2) 4 Authentic Bedrooms 3) Western Kitchen 4) 2nd Floor catwalk overlooking the downstairs 5) Upstairs family room with floor to ceiling glass windows 6) Resort Pool 7) Firepit with Adirondack chairs 8) 2 full bathrooms 9) A separate Dressing room with full bathroom - Street access and driveway next to house for easy load-in / out - Ample inside and street parking - The listed cleaning fee is the site rep fee. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
