The area is spacious enough to accommodate 2-3 clients simultaneously without feeling crowded. Cable Machine Section: Ideal for strength training, targeting multiple muscle groups with versatile cable exercises. High-Thrust and Barbell Racks: Perfect for serious lifters, offering everything needed for squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and more. Leg Extension and Leg Curl Machines: Focused on lower body workouts, these machines are designed to enhance leg strength and muscle definition.
