Accommodates 75 to 125 people. Great for closed productions, live productions, photo shoots, podcast tapings, film screenings, mixers, or showcases. 20 free parking spots on site. The sizable and secure paid lot is directly across the street. Plenty of metered street parking. The building is also occupied by De Nona, with a wide range of restaurants and markets within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
