Our outdoor backyard design is ideal for all photo shoots, film/video shoots, and big or small events! This is a unique space that is inspired to fit all events in mind. Clients will have access to the whole Front and back yard. Home available for rent during event (If available) This will be added as an add on. Heating lamps are also available as an add on. Please Note: The booking calendar 🗓️ may show your desired date as unavailable. However, we encourage you to reach out to the host directly to confirm, as there may be last-minute cancellations or availability. In some cases, the calendar may appear booked because the Unit add-on is reserved, not the outdoor event space. Unfortunately, the app currently does not allow us to manage both spaces separately. ✨ This means there is a strong possibility your event date is still available, please inquire to confirm. Outdoor Furniture is not available. Chairs and tables will be provided separately by the guest. Location: Easily accessible from the 60 and 10 East freeway. Lots of street parking available & on-site temporary parking for Loading and Unloading only. This property is at a home, so please be considerate of the tenants and neighbors by cleaning up during and after the event. REQUIRED CLEANING FEE: 25 -People & Less: $75 25 - 60 people: $150 Please note, that we do not profit from any additional fees, like cleaning fees, etc. We charge the day rate/ hourly rate (or expense), factor in payroll taxes, and Peerspace's commission, on top of said rate/Expense. Trash: Any trash shall be removed from the premises after booking. Please consider leaving extra time for these duties. REQUIRED INSURANCE FOR LARGER PRODUCTIONS: SMALLER SHOOTS ARE EXCLUDED The Guest/ Client will need to submit a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing the owner's name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. AREAS OF USE: You will be able to shoot anywhere outdoors. You may shoot in the front of the house, as long as the house number and vehicle license plates are not shown in any of the images, or the house number is edited out of the photos or videos. PREP DAYS: Prep days may be charged at half your shoot day rate, and are dependent on availability, scope of work, time needed, and owner/site rep. availability, and determined on a case-by-case basis. We work on a per-project/per-budget basis and welcome any inquiries. Our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs in the utmost professional manner.
