The backyard will be clean and ready to go for your event, and you are expected to return it in the same condition after your party with all trash bagged and decorations removed (otherwise cleaning fee applies). If you have rental tables or chairs, you are responsible for accepting delivery on the day of the event and breaking them down and stacking them for pickup afterwards. There is unlimited street parking available, but we can also make the driveway available for deliveries. Additionally, there is one patio table with 6 chairs, and two patio sets, each with a couch, two chairs, and a small coffee table. There is also a fire pit table with seating for 4, and 3 portable outdoor heaters (additional charge for a propane tank, or you can bring your own). Amazon Alexa is connected to an outdoor surround sound speaker system to play endless music. Just say, 'Alexa, play music. Or connect via bluetooth to play music from your phone. The backyard also has plenty of electrical outlets. Our booking requires guests to obtain insurance through Eventhelper.com with a zero deductible. Music must end by 10 PM, followed by an hour for cleanup. The property must be vacated by 11 PM. Perimeter cameras.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
