Building is equipped with Wifi, A/C, and laundry. The space includes a vintage red Ligne Roset Togo sofa, large white studio tables on wheels, scissor lift and much more - available for use in shoots. Existing artwork in studio can be used in shoot for an additional licensing fee. The space is perfect for film and photo shoots of all kinds, with plenty of white wall space, natural light, and an open floor layout.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
