This is Soho’s premier production & event space, designed with film producers, fashion shows, curators and event planners in mind. This expansive 2,000 sqft full-floor layout in a calm and quiet neighborhood of Soho in Manhattan close to everything. 115 people max capacity at a time. Elevator opens directly to the floor, this elegant space is flooded with natural light from cinematic & iconic Soho-style windows, creating the perfect setting for high-end film shoots, photography sessions, art galleries, pop-ups, meetings and more. The space includes the main open area, full kitchen, 2 restrooms, plus 2 adaptable rooms that can be fully customized and decorated as you please. Whether you’re transforming the entire studio into a New York apartment film set, a fashion show, or utilizing the rooms for different functions, this unique space offers the flexibility to bring your vision to life. The space comes as a blank canvas ready for your creations, we can add tables, chairs and furniture upon request. For film productions, we provide top-of-the-line equipment rentals for an additional discounted fee, including the ARRI Alexa Mini with Cooke or Zeiss lenses, professional lights, and grip equipment. Perfect for hosting pop-up art galleries, fashion shows, film shoots, events, screenings, meetings, workshops, and more. We also offer art curation services to connect artists & musicians with event curators, helping events get to the next level while also providing opportunities to local artists. All bookings must end by 2am sharp at the latest. Pricing: WEEKENDS (Friday & Saturdays): - $360 per hour. - $2,400 per day- up to 12 hours. DISCOUNTED DAYS (Sunday, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays): -$260 per hour - $1,900 per day -up to 12 hours. Cleaning Fee Policy: - A mandatory cleaning fee of $350 is required for all bookings and must be paid in order to fully confirm and secure the reservation. This fee applies regardless of guest count or event type and covers standard post-event cleaning. Additional details regarding this will be shared once all booking details are confirmed. Other services for an extra fee (Upon Request, subject to availability): - Furniture, props & Decor rentals from our trusted third party company who happen to be our neighbors upstairs. - High-end filmmaking equipment including ARRI Alexa Mini with Cooke and Zeiss lenses, lighting & grip equipment. - Art Curation for events, exhibitions and film shoots. We can curate and connect you with all types of local artists, musicians, DJs and performers to make your project even more memorable. - Filmmaking production services. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
