Welcome to Our Versatile Event and Creative Space! Our space is perfect for a wide range of activities, including creative workshops, corporate meetings, intimate gatherings, and photo or video shoots. The open-concept layout offers flexibility, with a spacious main room that’s bathed in natural light, ideal for hosting meetings or workshops. Adjacent to this, a cozy lounge area provides the perfect spot for brainstorming sessions or casual breaks, while a private room can be used for one-on-one meetings or as a green room during productions. What sets our space apart is its unique blend of modern and vintage decor, creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. We’ve equipped the venue with high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure all your technical needs are met. Additionally, the space features large windows that flood the area with natural light. In this quad-level home you will also find a large open basement with pool table seating and large bar. In our garage we have a 50's game room and the outdoor offers so much greenery and woodlands, it's the perfect backdrop! We offer hot tub, fire pit, picnic table, sectional and grill. We also offer complimentary coffee and tea, making your experience here even more enjoyable. Whether you’re hosting a creative event or a professional meeting, our space is designed to adapt to your needs and elevate your experience.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
