About the Space
Great place for a family vacation! The Sundog House has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. The back yard is fully fenced with a dog door into the house. We allow one dog with bookings. The house is well equipped for cooking meals with a fully stocked kitchen. The house is decorated with unique original art and each room has it own colorful character. Its a 5 minute drive to two hot springs! The house is on the same road that winds over Cottonwood Pass where you can access alpine hiking, mountain lakes and winter snowmobiling. The Sundog house is the perfect home base to explore all of the wonders of the Arkansas Valley any time of the year.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean all linens, towels, bedding between each booking. We disinfect all surfaces, floors and light switches. We deep clean both bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
