About the Space
A transitional home boasts tons of natural light throughout, making the house feel warm and inviting from the moment you step inside. Main floor features include arched hallways, 10' ceilings, a home office, a large dining room with a built-in bar, a kitchen with a 10’ marble island, a built-in breakfast nook, and a sliding door to a backyard oasis featuring a large rectangular pool and sitting area. The upper floor has 9' ceilings, 4 bedrooms with ensuites, and a pink laundry room. The principal bedroom is layered with creamy colors and textures. The principal en suite feels like any 5-star hotel worldwide - rich marble throughout, brass plumbing and hardware, and organic-shaped mirrors. There is a finished basement with 8' ceilings, an open-concept recreation room, a small gym, and a bedroom with an ensuite. ** Please note this is a real family home, not a vacant studio. There are lots of personal items in the kids bedrooms and basement (not pictured in listing for this reason). You may use these areas as well, just let us know in advance so we can be sure to hide all personal items. The rest of the house is pristine as per the images, and has little to no personal items. ** ** Productions with more then 12 people will incur a $250 cleaning fee, unless a professional cleaning crew is provided **

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Communication was great, instructions were clear, and she was there to greet me this morning on arrival and offer a home tour, which was greatly appreciated. It was truly a privilege to work in such a beautiful space. Will absolutely book again, with pleasure.

Marissa was extremely responsive and helpful with our booking. The home is absolutely stunning and exactly as advertised. We used the space for a branding shoot and utilized almost the entire house! Would definitely book again!

Marissa was an incredible host. Not to mention this space is gorgeous. Stunning 5 stars. Communication was simple. The space was ready to shoot as soon as we got there. She was incredibly accommodating. Would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a production space with a luxury touch.
