We would love for you to book Epic House! Activities that work well for our space: commercial/lifestyle film/photo shoots, cooking content, and backyard shoots. The layout is open, airy, and bright with a ton of natural lighting. Not your typical Florida/Clearwater residence. This home is a beautiful A-frame wood-style home with a tropical pool area. Front yard and backyard usage are included in booking. *Some furniture has been updated over time since taking these photos. *This is a personal residence and has personal items around the property for daily use. If there is something that you would like moved, please speak with the on-site manager for the maintenance of objects.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
