About the Space
-Upon entering Chappaqua Crossing, Drive straight back and make a right once you see the Starbucks -WBC is located in the low-rise brick building to the left of the parking lot -Look for the giant Letter "B" on the front of the building under a blue awning and enter through the main entrance lobby past the security office -Take the stairs or elevator toe he second floor -follow the signs to WBC Once you arrive to WBC you will be greeted by our receptionist who will then show you the different areas of our Space. The introductory tour will go over the lobby area where your clients can wait for you to be retrieved or our receptionist can guide them to your room. the second part will show you the Cafe area we have for both you and your clients to grab refreshments at our Coffee Machine. finally, our receptionist will guide you to your room where you will be meeting with your clients

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Between each booking, we wipe down the desk and disinfect the tables, each day we have the area cleaned by the building's cleaning team ready for the next day. Supplies to disinfect the area are also on hand and can be provided if need be
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
