About the Space

Located in the heart of historic Indian Village, this home features warmth, coziness and great charm. The owners are artists and collectors and have spread their large collection over all three floors. Original furnishings, Pewabic tile floors in the sunny dining room, original French doors and a working fireplace, large staircase, bright kitchen, first floor art gallery. There is seating for up to 14 in the dining room. The owners are flexible with moving furniture and rearranging decor to suit your needs. The exterior is beautifully landscaping and amazing curb appeal. The back of the home offers outdoor seating around a fire pit and table seating for 10-15. 100+ year old trees provide an umbrella of shade. This home has been on the popular Indian Village summer home tour and holiday home tour. The owners go a bit overboard decorating for Christmas and are always ready for Christmas parties. Bookings have included TV spots, music videos, corporate videos, weddings, birthday parties and corporate retreats. China, silver, crystal additional. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
