About the Space
We are mainly a music recording studio but are available for photo and video shoots for clients looking for a cool, stylish and unique vintage music vibe. **We are also open to teaming up with a cameras and lighting person for podcasting as we have the space, seating and professional sound gear, mics and audio engineer available. **The space includes a 'Control Room' / lounge area/ potential podcast area, a 'Live Room' drum and guitar room, and a 'Keyboard Room (keys, organs and synths). There is also a flexible back room that can be utilized a photo/video room with blank backdrops or as a mini production suite for those who need to bring in extra editing gear. We also have a bathroom and kitchen/eating area and outside seating.

All trash cans will be clean and empty. All surfaces will be wiped and disinfected. Floors and carpets vacuumed and swept.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
