Layout and use of space: The house offers a spacious 2,200 sq/ft layout that can be easily adapted to different needs. The open-concept living area is perfect for group activities and gatherings, while the dining area can double as a workspace or staging area for shoots. The outdoor deck provides a beautiful setting for outdoor dining, photos, or even a small event, offering stunning seasonal mountain views. Additionally, the bedrooms and other living spaces can be used for breakout sessions or dressing rooms during events and shoots. Unique features and amenities: Our property boasts a range of unique features that will elevate any event or production. Indoors, you’ll find a hot tub, sauna, massage chair, and a game room with a pool table, arcade games, darts, and skee-ball—perfect for unwinding after a long day of shooting or meetings. The outdoor fire pit and grill area offer a cozy spot for evening gatherings, while the expansive deck and yard can accommodate outdoor activities and dining. The property’s proximity to local attractions like Story Land, Red Fox Bar & Grille, and the Conway Scenic Railway adds to its appeal, providing additional options for breaks or off-site excursions.

After each booking, our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes every area of the property. This includes: • Deep Cleaning: We perform a comprehensive cleaning of all rooms, focusing on high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, remote controls, and countertops. • Sanitization: All bathrooms and kitchen areas are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants to ensure they are safe and hygienic. We also sanitize commonly used amenities like the hot tub and sauna. • Fresh Linens: We provide freshly laundered bed linens, towels, and other fabrics for each new booking. • Air Circulation: Before your arrival, we ventilate the space to refresh the air, making sure it’s welcoming and clean. • Extra Precautions: In response to health guidelines, we’ve added extra precautions to our cleaning process, including using disinfectants recommended by health authorities and allowing additional time between bookings to ensure the space is ready for your use. Our goal is to provide a pristine and inviting environment for your event or photo shoot, so you can focus on your project with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
