About the Space
Our Community Studio and Event Loft is perfect for your next meeting or special occasion! We offer a relaxed and creative environment where you can explore the arts with a group or conduct individual meetings. The space is located upstairs in a private setting for you and your guests to utilize our meeting space with tables, chairs, whiteboard, speaker system for microphone or playing music, as well as a dedicated space for enjoying refreshments, snacks, or catering services. Rentals include table space, individual studio time, and full loft rental for special projects, group meetings, and celebration events. Great for artists, photographers, work-from-home businesses, marketing groups, consultants, and musicians.

We make sure the space is clean and ready for you prior to arrival. It is cleaned after each large group and maintained between guests as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
