Cyclorama Wall: The studio has a beautiful 20’ width and 10’ height cyclorama wall coloured in white. Fully Equipped Kitchen for Culinary Projects: Our studio features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for any food-related project. Whether you need a prep or shooting kitchen, we have the space and tools to meet your needs. Soundproofing: The space is not soundproof, but it can accommodate a variety of projects with the proper audio equipment. Please note that being close to the airport, occasional plane sounds might be audible if they pass near the studio. Production-Friendly Space: The studio has an 18-foot-high ceiling, direct cargo access, and a truck-level loading dock. These features offer significant advantages for any production team and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Prime Location and Easy Access: Our studio is just 5 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport and offers convenient highway access. We also have 3 dedicated parking spots and additional visitor parking available, ensuring easy access for your clients and crew. Truck and van parking is available at the back of the studio. Culinary Perks and Prop Collection: Our studio is ideal for culinary and food projects, featuring a commercial convection oven, a large sliding double-door fridge, and a chest freezer. We also have a vast collection of food props, including wooden boards, plates, glasses, and more. Please note that access to the props room, which houses nearly 500 items, is subject to prior arrangement. Cooking Safty: Open flames or any cooking that produces excessive smoke are not permitted on-site. Overtime: Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments, as per Peerspace policy. Please ensure the space is completely cleared out by the end of your reservation, including all items you brought in. Overtime will be charged at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate. Damage: Please treat the space with care. Avoid using anything that could damage the walls, floors, furniture, or other parts of the space, such as nails, screws, staples, or adhesives. Any damage will be charged to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Cleaning: A cleaning fee is included in your hourly rate. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please leave the space as clean and tidy as you found it. This includes removing any personal belongings or equipment you brought in. Please also factor in the time for setup and teardown when making your booking.
