About the Space
The space is a beautiful, two-bedroom two two-bathroom home. The interiors have been painstakingly redone to match the error in which the house was created. Antique tiles have been installed, and all bathroom fixtures are from the 1950s. The original wood floors are there from the 20s. All of the lighting fixtures span from the 1920s to the 1980s. It’s a cool eclectic mix of old and new and would work well for hosting an event or a film shoot. The house is private and has a completely fenced-in yard. There are 50-year-old cactuses on the property, which has been landscaped very well.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
