Located in the heart of downtown New York, this beautiful loft in the middle of FiDi is perfect for your next event! The loft is minimalist and bright with neutral tones, including advanced lighting, AV systems, and high-speed internet. Flexible seating arrangements and modular furniture allow for a customizable layout: Seated capacity: 24 Standing capacity: 70 High ceilings and open spaces create a sense of grandeur, while our lounge area provides intimate settings for smaller gatherings. Folding chairs, tables, linens and coat racks are available upon request for an additional rental fee. The close proximity to major transportation hubs, including subway lines and ferry access, makes it highly convenient for our guests. Our loft can be rented for: - business meetings - corporate meetings - cocktail receptions - private dining experiences - photo studio - art studio - professional events The space can be rented with or without catering options. We do not offer kids birthday parties at the moment. Note: Furniture can be moved around but not removed.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
