Our home has a stylish, modern yet comfortable vibe with a mix of contemporary and vintage-modern touches. It offers a versatile film rental location with a spacious, farm-like yard with Mountain View's adds to the setting, making it ideal for capturing both cozy bungalow scenes and wide, open outdoor shots. The large kitchen window that fully opens up to our outdoor area with a pass-through bar. This mix provides a unique backdrop that could suit a range of cinematic needs.

We have a professional come and clean minimum once and month and in between bookings (whichever one comes first)
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
