About the Space
Photo shoots work well in this vast open-floor-plan home. With its vaulted 10-12 foot high ceiling, clean and spacious design, it would serve well for photo interviews, kitchen, dining, and living space photo shoots. This house gets gorgeous natural light coming from the east in the morning and a glow of cotton candy sunsets in the evenings. We offer the availability of the entire house which is complete with 4 bedrooms (two of which are office/studies), and 3 full baths, but we predict the points of interest in our home will be the great room, main suite, main bathroom, front entryway and backyard. It is a one story home, with a large flat gravel private yard facing south which will make installations smooth and easy. The backyard offers a unique wood clad wall spanning the entire lot from east to west, and a view looking down on the strip. With a minimalistic approach, a cactus forest and clean earth-tone furniture decorate the yard to exude a zen vibe. There is street access to the yard by way of side gate.

We keep a tight ship on a clean house under this roof. Before and after guests the space is always cleaned but we expect guests and clients to be heavily respectful to clean up after themselves, and we expect everyone to leave our space better than they found it and everything back exactly where it was.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
