About the Space
Our CrossFit gym is designed for dynamic, high-intensity workouts with a spacious open layout that maximizes functionality. The main workout area features durable flooring, perfect for weightlifting, cardio circuits, and bodyweight exercises, with designated sections for squat racks, kettlebells, and rowing machines. A separate zone is dedicated to mobility and stretching, while our turf strip supports sled pushes and agility drills. we have a open workout area and a recovery corner with foam rollers, and a comfortable lounge area for post-workout cool-downs and community interaction..

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
